Angkraft is an online brand offering handcrafted and handwoven sarees and other products sourced from artisans and weaving communities, with a focus on the rich textile heritage of Bhagalpur.

However, many of our products are handcrafted and may have natural variations in colour, texture, weave, motifs, borders or finish. Such variations are a characteristic of handcrafted textiles and should not necessarily be considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings and photography conditions.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
In the event of an incorrect price being displayed due to a technical or typographical error, Angkraft reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide a refund for any amount already paid.

An order is considered accepted once Angkraft confirms the order and/or dispatches the product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount paid by you will be refunded.

Orders will generally be processed after successful payment confirmation.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Orders are generally processed within 4–5 business days and delivered within approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch, subject to the delivery location and courier service.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the terms specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

Handcrafted products may have natural variations that are inherent to the weaving and manufacturing process and may not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
